Ronald Bartholomew, Owner and Head Trainer

Running throughout his blood, Ronald Bartholomew has always had a passion for horses. As a second generation horseman growing up in the town of Martville New York, on a Percheron breeding farm, Ronald always knew he wanted a career in the equine industry, however, he decided to pursue a slightly different equine career. As a junior rider he first stepped in the Hunter/Jumper arenas with success. This allowed him the opportunity to demonstrate his versatility by riding and showing many different types of horses, for professionals within the industry.

While the thrill of jumping and hunter ponies will always be close to his heart, he then soon then ventured into the Arabian division which exposed him to many other disciplines and breeds.

Ronald attended Cazenovia College, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Management degree. While at Cazenovia, Ronald was very active with both the varsity hunter seat equitation and western seat teams and began teaching and training at many local riding facilities.

Ronald continued with his passion and in 2011 created RGB Training and Sales. Ronald continues to train and coach riders and horses on local, regional, zone, and national levels and has been lauded for his frequent top awards.
